AUTORIDAD QUE DISPONE LA SEPARACION. La separación absoluta o temporal de que tratan los artículos 122 y 123 del presente estatuto, será dispuesta así: Por el Gobierno Nacional, cuando se trate de separación absoluta de Oficiales; por el Ministro de Defensa, cuando sea separación temporal de Oficiales y por la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional para los Suboficiales, debiendo ordenarse en todos los casos dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la fecha de ejecutoria de la providencia respectiva.
