A Cada Expendedor Particular Se Le Reconocerá Y Pagará Como Única Remuneración Por Sus Servicios, La Cantidad Estipulada En El Respectivo Contrato, La Cual En Ningún Caso Pasará De Diez Pesos Mensuales

° A cada expendedor particular se le reconocerá y pagará como única remuneración por sus servicios, la cantidad estipulada en el respectivo contrato, la cual en ningún caso pasará de diez pesos mensuales.

Parágrafo

Exceptúase de lo dispuesto en este artículo, el expendio que ha venido funcionando en la capital de la República, dentro del edificio de Santo Domingo, respecto del cual podiá reconocerse una remuneración mensual hasta de setenta pesos ($ 70) al expendedor.
