º Nómbrase provisionalmente a María Victoria Duran Restrepo, Primer Secretorio Grado Ocupacional 3 EX en la Misión Permanente de Colombia ante la Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Alimentación y la Agricultura. FAO, con sede en Roma, Italia, en reemplazo de Olga Clemencia Fernández.

Parágrafo

De conformidad con el articulo 4.º del Decreto número 1823 de 1991, señalase el 31 de diciembre del año en curso, como plazo máximo para tomar posesión efectiva ó hacer dejación del cargo indicado en el artículo 2.º de esta disposición.
