ARTICULO 3.6.3.9.- TRASPASO DE ACCIONES. Para que los traspasos de acciones de los accionistas de las sociedades administradoras puedan ser registrados en el libro de accionistas, se requiere que la carta de traspaso haya sido previamente autenticada en una notaría. Igual requisito se exigirá para los traspasos de acciones de las personas jurídicas que fueren accionistas de las sociedades administradoras de inversión.
