El portador de una Cédula de Identidad Fronteriza expedida por las autoridades ecuatorianas que fuere hallado en Colombia sin haber cumplido el requisito de refrendación de que trata el artículo anterior, incurrirá en una multa de dos a diez pesos convertibles en arresto a razón de dos por cada día.
