Para los fines previstos en el artículo anterior y a fin de estimular el ahorro, las Cajas podrán constituír asociaciones de ahorro y préstamos para vivienda, y cooperativas de vivienda, con aportes voluntarios de los mismos trabajadores afiliados. Estas asociaciones y cooperativas se sujetarán al control de la Superintendencia de Cooperativas y operarán de acuerdo con los reglamentos que esta entidad expida.
