Artículo segundo. Los Magistrados del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Riohacha, nombrados por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, según los trámites del Decreto 1698 de 1964, tomarán posesión de sus cargos dentro de la misma oportunidad señalada por los Decretos de Reforma Judicial a que se refiere el artículo 18 de dicha Ley.
