Esta ley adiciona los comandos de la Ley 89 de 1938 , y, para obtener la cooperación nacional los clubes o institutos de enseñanza mecánica y aviación comercial de que aquí se trata además de llenar las condiciones del Artículo siguiente, deberán mantener el reconocimiento de su personería Jurídica y el permiso para su funcionamiento de la Dirección General de la Aeronáutica Civil, sometiendo su enseñanza a las disposiciones de la Ley citada.
