Además de los requisitos que para la nacionalización de un buque exigen los artículos 167 y 170 de la Ley 85 de 1915 , se necesita, para conceder la nacionalización, que la tercera parte, por lo menos, de la oficialidad y de la tripulación sean colombianos.
