Art. 2°. En los mismos términos se dará del Tesoro nacional, durante cuatro años, la suma de dos mil pesos anuales para atender al alumbrado de gas de la ciudad de Bogotá.

Parágrafo

Es condicion esencial que el alumbrado se coloque de preferencia en los edificios públicos como Colegios, Cuarteles &c.
