A partir del 15 de junio próximo, la Justicia Penal Militar solo conocerá de los delitos que le están atribuidos por el Código de la materia. No obstante lo dispuesto en el inciso anterior, la Justicia Penal Militar seguirá conociendo hasta su terminación y por el procedimiento especial vigente, de todos aquellos procesos que al entrar a regir esta disposición se haya convocado Consejo de Guerra Verbal.
