Cuando una sociedad extranjera no invierta el capital asignado en las actividades propias del objeto de la sucursal, la Superintendencia respectiva conminará con multas sucesivas hasta de cincuenta mil pesos al representante legal para que dé a dicho capital la destinación prevista, sin perjuicio de las demás sanciones consagradas en este Título.
