ARTICULO 21 . Los jueces de Orden Público realizarán las diligencias de investigación y juzgamiento, previo reparto. El trámite de los procesos a que se refiere el artículo 2º del presente Decreto se regirá por las normas de la Ley 2º de 1984 en todo aquello que no sea contrario a lo dispuesto en el Decreto 0180 de 1988.
