Anticipo de cesantía . El anticipo de cesantía de que trata el artículo 95 del Decreto 1214 de 1990, solo se liquidará y pagará cuando así lo autorice el Ministerio de Defensa o la Policía Nacional, con base en las correspondientes disponibilidades presupuestales y a solicitud escrita del interesado, la cual puede ser formulada directamente o por conducto de la Caja de Vivienda Militar.
