Indicar expresamente el nombre de la persona a la cual se otorga el poder y, si se concede la facultad de sustituir, el nombre del posible sustituto. Por lo tanto, no se puede recibir de los asociados poderes para las reuniones de asamblea donde no aparezca plenamente identificado el nombre del respectivo apoderado, ni dejar espacios en blanco para que terceros determinen dicho representante.
