El incumplimiento de las obligaciones por parte de los contratistas y la declaratoria de caducidad dará lugar a que, sin perjuicio de las demás sanciones establecidas en la ley, se le suspenda la personería hasta por dos años, por la primera vez, y se ordene su cancelación en caso de reincidencia.
