º . Modifíquese el artículo 1º del Decreto 342 del 28 de febrero de 2002, en el sentido que la Visa de Cortesía podrá ser otorgada por el Grupo de Visas e Inmigraciones, o por las Oficinas Consulares de la República, al nacional ecuatoriano que pretenda ingresar al territorio colombiano para desarrollar alguna de las actividades indicadas en el Decreto 4000 del 30 de noviembre de 2004.
