P romoción y Fomento de las Empresas Mipyme Cooperativas y de la Economía Solidaria . Adiciónese el siguiente parágrafo al artículo 7° de la Ley 590 de 2000.

“Parágrafo 2°. Las empresas cooperativas y de la economía solidaria, que sean clasificadas como Mipymes de acuerdo con el artículo 2° de la presente ley, serán atendidas en igualdad de condiciones por parte de las entidades estatales”.
