Para efectos de la expedición de la reglamentación de que trata el artículo precedente, el Ministerio de Minas y Energía deberá adelantar previamente las notificaciones correspondientes a la Organización Mundial del Comercio (OMC), en cumplimiento de lo establecido en el Acuerdo sobre Obstáculos Técnicos al Comercio (OTC).
