Zonas afectadas por declaración de desplazamiento forzado. La declaratoria de una Zidres sobre un área en la que pesa una declaración de desplazamiento forzado o en riesgo de desplazamiento forzado no podrá efectuarse sin el aval del Comité Territorial de Justicia Transicional correspondiente. El Comité evaluará las condiciones de violencia y desplazamiento, luego autorizará el levantamiento de la declaración, si las condiciones de seguridad lo permiten.
