Recolección de elementos, objetos instrumentos de comisión. El funcionario recogerá los elementos que constituyan objeto material del hecho punible, instrumentos de comisión que provengan de su ejecución, los identificará claramente indicando el lugar en donde fueron recogidos y la persona o personas en cuyo poder estaban y formarán parte del expediente. Si fuere posible se conservarán en el despacho. En caso contrario, se procederá conforme se indica en los artículos siguientes. Los demás objetos recogidos durante la investigación serán igualmente identificados y se conservarán para los fines ulteriores.
