El Ministerio de Guerra pasará a la Corte de Cuentas la relación nominal de que trata el artículo 8º de la Ley 41, tan pronto como se termine el inventario de los expedientes de ceses militares que existen actualmente en la Sección de Contabilidad, el cual se formará en el mismo orden y conforme se indica en el artículo anterior.
