De la demanda para que se venda la cosa común, por cuasicontrato, se dará traslado al demandado por tres días, con prevención de que si no se contesta se tendrán como probados los hechos de la demanda.

No se ordenará el traslado si el demandante necesita licencia para pedir la venta, y no presentare comprobante de esa licencia.
