La comunicación a que se refiere el artículo 33, se hará por medio de un oficio dirigido al interesado y mediante la publicación por tres veces en el diario oficial o en el respectivo órgano departamental según los casos, del aviso respectivo. Hecha la tercera publicación se entenderá surtida la comunicación y a partir de esta fecha se principiarán a contar los noventa (90) días de que habla el mismo artículo. Esta publicación, se hará también por una vez en la Revista Minera de Colombia.
