LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.3.1.11Autorización especial. La Superintendencia Nacional de Salud podrá autorizar de manera excepcional a entidades administradoras del régimen subsidiado, cuando sea imposible cumplir con el requisito de afiliados mínimos, siempre y cuando acredite:

1.

Ser la única EPS del régimen subsidiado autorizada en la región por la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud.

2.

La debida prestación de los servicios a sus afiliados en condiciones de calidad, oportunidad y eficiencia.

3.

Una cartera no mayor de treinta (30) días con las instituciones proveedoras de bienes y prestadoras de servicios de salud.

4.

Un patrimonio técnico saneado.

5.

Un nivel de endeudamiento inferior al 50% del patrimonio.
