El Gobierno procederá a repatriar los restos del doctor Arroyo Diez, para ser depositados en el cementerio de Popayán en donde se levantará un mausoleo, con fondos del Tesoro Nacional.

Para atender al gasto que demande la repatriación de los restos, se fija la cantidad de mil pesos ($ 1,000) moneda legal, que se entregará a la señora viuda del doctor Arroyo, residente en Paris.
