La Normalización Técnica será adelantada además por

Las Unidades Sectoriales de Normalización, quienes apoyarán el desarrollo del Programa Nacional de Normalización y ejercerán las funciones previstas en el presente capítulo.

Las restantes entidades gubernamentales que tengan funciones de normalización, de acuerdo con su régimen legal.
