Decreto 284 de 1992 · por el cual se reglamenta el servicio de radiodifusión sonora.

Toda cesión o transmisión del contrato de concesión para la prestación del servicio en Frecuencia Modulada (PM) dará lugar al pago de derechos, a favor del Fondo de Comunicaciones, de acuerdo con los siguientes criterios

Para estaciones de primera categoría, una suma equivalente a ocho (8) salarios mínimos legales mensuales.

Para estaciones de segunda categoría, una suma equivalente a cinco (5) salarios mínimos legales mensuales.

Para estaciones de tercera categoría, una suma equivalente a dos (2) salarios mínimos legales mensuales.

Parágrafo

Esta suma deberá ser pagada por el cesionario del contrato al momento de su suscripción.
