ARTICULO 330 . Facultades del fiscal . El funcionario tendrá amplias facultades para lograr el éxito de la instrucción y asegurar la comparecencia de los autores o partícipes del hecho punible; en consecuencia, todas las autoridades y los particulares están obligados a acatar cualquier decisión que tome de acuerdo con la ley.
