Artículo once. El Director del curso actuará como representante de las respectivas Facultades para la vigilancia del mismo, y velara a fin de que las personas que se inscriban, cumplan los requisitos exigidos, para que los cursos se desarrollen de acuerdo con los programas o intensidad horaria fijados y para que los exámenes se practiquen con la debida severidad.
