ARTICULO 4 º. El

Parágrafo único

del artículo 4º de los Estatutos Internos del Incora, quedará así:

Las disposiciones de la Ley 135 de 1961 con sus reformas y, en general, las normas que se dicten en materia agraria tienen efecto general inmediato de conformidad con lo previsto en la Ley 153 de 1887, salvo las excepciones expresas de esta Ley.
