Expedición tarjeta provisional militar. La tarjeta provisional de que trata el artículo 38 de la Ley 1861 de 2017 será expedida por la Dirección de Reclutamiento del Ejército Nacional, y entregada físicamente al ciudadano por el Comandante de Distrito Militar del Ejército correspondiente, previo pago de los costos de elaboración dispuestos en el artículo 9° de la Ley 1184 de 2008 y hasta tanto sea implementado la constancia electrónica.

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.3.1.4.8.3. Hijo Único. La condición de hijo único se determina sin consideración al sexo. Por tanto, si una madre tiene dos hijos, un hombre y una mujer, el varón está obligado a prestar el servicio militar, salvo las exenciones legales.
