Todo vehículo dedicado al transporte colectivo de pasajeros debe tener como mínimo una salida de emergencia en cada uno de sus costados adicionalmente a las puertas de ascenso de pasajeros. El Ministerio de Transporte definirá las características técnicas correspondientes.
