Los Estudiantes, Para Lograr El Aplazamiento De Que Trata El Artículo 23 De La Ley, Deberán Presentar El Certificado Expedido Por El Rector Del Colegio O Establecimiento De Educación Con La Expresión Del Año Que Cursa

Los estudiantes, para lograr el aplazamiento de que trata el artículo 23 de la Ley, deberán presentar el certificado expedido por el Rector del Colegio o establecimiento de educación con la expresión del año que cursa. Estos aplazamientos solos se concederán anualmente y a petición de los interesados al vencimiento del plazo anterior, sujetándose a la norma dada en el

Parágrafo

del artículo 87 de este Decreto. Quién interrumpiere los estudios o dejare de solicitar su aplazamiento en tiempo oportuno, perderá el derecho a esta gracia.
