Cuando se cumpla el período mencionado en el artículo anterior, el Veedor del Tesoro entregará a la Nación --Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público-- los bienes a su cargo, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto por el artículo 19 de la Ley 51 de 1990.
