La contribución de valorización de que trata la Ley 25/21 y el Decreto 1604 de 1966 es aplicable a todas las obras públicas que ejecute la Corporación previa declaración en tal sentido de la Junta Directiva, con sujeción a los estatutos corresponderá a las autoridades de la Corporación y a las dependencias que determina la Junta Directiva, establecer, decretar, distribuir, ejecutar, recaudar y liquidar las obras de valorización.
