La Nación garantizara las operaciones de crédito que efectué la Universidad Libre con base en esta Ley hasta por quinientos mil pesos ($500.000.00) anuales y siempre que la partida correspondiente hay sido incluida en el Presupuesto de Gastos de la vigencia respectiva. El Gobierno deberá necesariamente incluir esta partida en los proyectos de Presupuesto de cada vigencia.
