º. Dirección y administración. La dirección y administración del Fonam, estará a cargo de

El Ministro del Medio Ambiente quien será el representante legal, el ordenador del gasto, y ejercerá las funciones de administración y dirección del Fonam, de acuerdo con las decisiones que adopte el Consejo de Gabinete. Las anteriores funciones podrán ser delegadas en el Viceministro del Medio Ambiente.

El Consejo de Gabinete es el organismo decisorio en materia de dirección y administración del Fonam, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 89 de la Ley 99 de 1993. CAPITULO II. Del Consejo Nacional Asesor Del Fonam
