Valor mínimo para las transacciones entre contribuyentes objeto de los beneficios tributarios con vinculados. Las transacciones que realicen las personas que gocen de los beneficios a que se refiere el artículo 106 de la presente ley con personas que le estén vinculadas económicamente deberán realizarse por los menos a valores comerciales. Por consiguiente, si se realizan por un valor menor, para efectos tributarios se entenderá que se realizó por los valores comerciales mencionados.
