° El artículo 92 del Decreto 1787 de 1990, quedará así: " Artículo 92. La reglamentación del fondo de reposición será efectuada por cada empresa y aprobada por la autoridad municipal competente.

Parágrafo

En la Junta Directiva del fondo debe haber por lo menos un representante de los propietarios de los vehículos".
