En virtud del principio de especialidad cuando a solicitud de parte o de oficio se encuentren dos o más folios de matrícula inmobiliaria asignados a un mismo inmueble, el Registrador procederá a su unificación de conformidad con la reglamentación que sobre el particular expida la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro.
