Entidades adscritas con personería jurídica. Son entidades adscritas al Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural con personería jurídica, las siguientes:

Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario (ICA).

2.

Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural (Incoder).

3.

Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión de Restitución de Tierras Despojadas.

4.

Unidad Administrativa Especial Autoridad Nacional de Acuicultura y Pesca (Aunap).
