De la prohibición de ofrecer servicios . Ninguna institución del subsector privado del sector salud, puede ofrecer servicios sin antes haber obtenido el reconocimiento de personería jurídica y la autorización sanitaria de funcionamiento, en el caso en que esta última sea requerida, conforme a lo previsto en la Resolución 2810 de 1986, expedida por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social o en las normas legales que la modifiquen o sustituyan.
