INFORME DEL FUNCIONARIO INVESTIGADOR. Todo funcionario investigador rendirá un informe escrito sobre los hechos materia de la investigación y lo presentará al funcionario que haya ordenado la investigación o al respectivo Jefe de la dependencia junto con el acta correspondiente, cuando se hubiere levantado. Las actas, los informes rendidos por los investigadores en ejercicio de sus funciones y las pruebas practicadas, prestarán mérito probatorio si se han cumplido los requisitos exigidos para su evacuación.
