Prima secretarial . La prima secretarial es el reconocimiento mensual a los empleados públicos del Distrito Capital •que desempeñen los empleos de Secretario, Secretario Bilingüe, Secretario Ejecutivo o Secretario Ejecutivo del Despacho del Alcalde, del nivel asistencial, equivalente al 2% de la asignación básica mensual y no constituye factor salarial para ningún efecto legal.
