º . Cobro coactivo. De acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 5º de la Ley 1066 de 2006, la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada tiene jurisdicción coactiva para hacer efectivas las obligaciones derivadas de la contribución establecida a su favor y, para estos efectos, aplicará el procedimiento de cobro coactivo establecido en el Estatuto Tributario.
