El que fabrique, venda, distribuya o use leyenda, etiqueta o aviso con nombre de alusiones de drogas o sustancias que producen dependencia física o síquica, incurrirá en multa de cien a dos mil pesos. La policía decomisará y destruirá tales leyendas, etiquetas o avisos.
