ARTICULO 9 º. Una vez expedida la planta de personal deberán las instituciones de educación superior, realizar la provisión de los empleos del personal docente, previo concurso y de acuerdo con los requisitos y procedimientos establecidos en los estatutos de personal docente, para lo cual tendrán un plazo hasta el 30 de junio de 1994.
