El artículo 2º del Decreto 700 de 1954 quedará así: Artículo 2º Podrán instruir sumarios por contrabando los Jueces de Instrucción Criminal del Cuerpo Auxiliar de la Rama Jurisdiccional cuando así lo solicitare el Procurador General de la Nación, el Tribunal Superior de Aduanas, el ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público o el Director General de Aduanas.
