Destinatario. El beneficiario de la beca “Omaira Sánchez”, será el estudiante de institución educativa pública del municipio de Armero Guayabal, Tolima, que haya logrado el mejor resultado en el Examen de Estado de la Educación Media Icfes Saber 11 o su equivalente, a partir del año 2017, en cada año lectivo y que aspire a adelantar estudios de educación superior.
